A churro is a fried-dough pastry—predominantly choux—based snack. Churros are traditional in Spain and Portugal, where they originated, as well as in the Philippines and Ibero-America.
Ingredients
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp oil
directions
1. Combine water, oil and sugar.
2. Bring to a boil.
3. Add flour until it forms a dough
4. Form your churros using a piping bag
5. Deep fry until golden. You can also air fry for 5 minutes at 175 degrees C (or until golden brown)
6. Enjoy!
