    1. So you don’t actually have to buy that expensive stuff? NICE! What if I want to change it into a strawberry flavored protein shake, what should I keep and replace in this recipe? Thank you!

  1. I had no idea you could create a shake with a high protein value without actually adding protein powder. I love this!

  2. Hey Paolooo! I tried this protein shake and with cocoa powder minus the cookie and brownie. As in pwede na talaga sya pang after workout meal. Mas mura pa kesa protein powder. When I make one again, I’ll mention you sa IG story 😀

Wow…. Soo amazing. I never knew you can prepare shakes Soo simple like this. Will have to try some. Thanks for sharing.

  4. Well that seems easy enough to do! Will Almond milk also work with the recipe? I know it has a certain taste so I’m wondering if that could be a substitute. Hehe.

  5. As much as possible i don’t like powdered drinks so i try to stay away from protein shakes too. This one caught my attention because the ingredients are raw!! Might try this one. Thanks for sharing 💚

  6. I normally do it with milk, oath, strawberry, banana, and chocolate. I will try your recipe to try something different for my shakes! Thanks for the simple recipe!

  7. I haven’t heard of Ovaltine for a long time. My grandparents used to have this in their house all of the time when I was a kid.

  8. I love that it includes avocado. healthy version pala to. speaking of protein, my dad was hospitalised before for overdose in protein powder (we have a gym at home). so it’s really not very safe to take them without a nutritionist.
