3 Ingredient No Yeast Dough

This is a fast and easy 3 ingredient no yeast dough that you can use to make pizzas, empanadas or pita breads.

yeast free 3 ingredient dough

  1. 1  1/2 cups flour (200g) plus extra for dusting
  2. 1/2 cup warm water (120ml)
  3. 1 tbsp olive oil (20ml)
knead the dough

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, water, and oil.
  2. Using a wooden spoon, or your hands, gently stir and mix until dough forms a ball; dough should be soft, but not sticky. Add more water if it’s too dry, 1 tablespoon at a time. If it’s too sticky, add more flour.
  3. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Lightly flour your work area and knead dough for 2 minutes.

Great one. In fact I also make dough without yeast and they turn out to be good. I have made pizzas, garlic bread, buns.

  2. I’ve already watched your video tutorial for this. And again, this is an easy to do recipe since you’ll only need to work on 3 ingredients. Will try this soon.

  3. I quite enjoy cooking/baking but when it comes to making things from dough… NOPE! I don’t even know that no yeast dough is possible but I’m glad to have stumbled upon this post and learned something new. I’m always up for a challenge and this one is something that I would surely try!

  4. Sa totoo lang, I have never ever tried dough-making but I stopped and stare on the second photo kasi that looks really therapeutic and I bet very therapeutic din yata pagka gumagawa neto. Tell me, is it?

  5. I did something similar when I made roti. I didn’t have olive oil so I used whatever was on our pantry and added some salt. We ate it with strawberry jam 🙂

  6. Jusko, this looks pretty easy to do, but when I do, hirap na hirap ako like struggle is real. When I do have a time, I’ll work on it again, and will make it look its easy haha

  7. Who knew? I started making pizza with sourdough discard to replace yeast (as if disappeared from stored at the beginning of the pandemic). I’ll try this. Seems so easy and only a few minutes kneading!
